Women’s tennis wins individual and team ITA awards

Louisville, Kentucky – Eight student-athletes from the Bellarmine University women’s tennis team were named Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar Athletes, the organization announced Monday. In addition, the Knights also earned All-Academic Team honors.

They were freshmen who earned Scholar Athlete honors Jay Garrisyouth Ekaterina Tikhonkofirst class Erica Kanna Hagisophomore This Grosso, Lilly Willisfirst class Nikola Kollaritschsophomore Vendula Krislova and young Yeva KramarovaTo receive the ITA Scholar-Athlete title, student-athletes must have an academic year GPA of 3.5 or higher.

To be selected for the ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or higher.
