Entry List 2024 Tennis Land Cleveland Including Fernandez, Kenin, Stearns, Potapova

The North American summer hard-court season continues with the Cleveland Open, which will be held in Ohio, USA, from 18–24 August 2024, commonly known as the Land of Tennis.
The Cleveland Open, a WTA 250 event, is one of several tournaments that precede the US Open. Many players are likely to use Tennis in the Land as a suitable warm-up event as they hope to find their form for the final Grand Slam of the season.

Fernandez leads entry list, former champions also in the race

The Cleveland Open will feature a variety of athletes, with 2021 US Open runner-up Leylah Fernandez leading the way. The left-handed dynamo is hoping to bounce back from a disappointing defeat at the Canadian Open, where she fell in the second round.
Former champion Liudmila Samsonova will be competing in Cleveland, with the Russian hoping to replicate the form she won the title in 2022. There will be a strong home representation from the United States, with Peyton Stearns, Katie Volynets and 2020 Australian Open champion Sofia Kenin confirmed to be at the event.
