If you’re looking for a way to cool off with your kids this summer, there’s an Essex water park with activities for all ages, free parking and a café. The water park is packed with things to do, guaranteed to keep the whole family entertained all summer long!

Curve Water Sports in St Osyth says it’s Essex’s most fun attraction and is ideal for a family day out, party venue or group activity. The Inflatable Aqua Park is a huge inflatable obstacle course on the picturesque lake.

The course features slides, trampolines, balance beams and more. This summer, kids can jump, bounce and slide their way through the action-packed course with friends and family. Sessions are open to anyone aged 6+ and over 1.1 metres tall.

Curve has also recently launched its Aqua Splash park – an inflatable slide on a smaller scale than its Aqua Park. This park is suitable for children aged 2-6 and costs £10 for 45 minutes – meaning everyone can join Curve.

The water sports centre is also home to Essex’s only water-based ropes course, the Timber Adventure, which sees adventurers swing, slide and balance along the course by holding onto ropes and a wooden frame, testing their ability to avoid falling into the lake.

There are many more activities to try, from scuba diving to stand-up paddle boarding, water skiing and canoeing. Once you’ve tried all the activities, visit Cafe on the Lake, which serves delicious and healthy locally sourced food overlooking the lake.
